Job Description

Technical Support ( Domestic & International BPO ).Technical Support .Voice Support & Email technical Support to ensure closure as per ITIL.Incident Management process. Perform.Telephonic support to End Users and co-ordination with Vendors.Client Problem Management team and other Towers.MS Windows & Office, Desktops, Laptops, iPAD Peripherals and Networking.

Location : Delhi / NCR

Experience : 1 – 5 Years

Salary Range : 1.5 to 3 Lakhs
